In November 2004, after being dark for 18 years, the magnificent 2,600-seat theater in Waterbury, Connecticut, was restored to its full glory. The Worx Group was chosen as the theater's agency of record to develop the new brand, logo, collateral, print campaign and website. The first iteration of the website was rolled-out in grand style to promote the opening night performance of Tony Bennett. The website and marketing communications work has drawn a standing ovation from stakeholders, with theater attendance and support at an all-time high.
