Steve Harris is the Vice President of Operations for The Worx Group. Harris is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization with an emphasis on the overall performance of the agency in relation to account management, creative, production and operational profitability. In addition to managing the operations of The Worx Group, Steve draws upon years of global brand building experience to consult with the agency's clients on strategically building consumer relationships by engaging consumers to spend more time with the brand.
Harris has a long history of success in managing and directing creative firms, most recently having served as Studio Services Director for the New York office of J. Walter Thompson, the nation's largest and oldest ad agency. While at JWT New York, Steve managed all aspects of the agency's creative studio, including print advertising, promotions, direct, multimedia, photography, and illustration for a client roster including such recognized brands as Kleenex, Smirnoff, Debeers, Domino's, Estee Lauder, Kraft, Merrill Lynch, HSBC, and T. Rowe Price.
Steve was responsible for executing national and international advertising and viral marketing campaigns for HSBC, Diamond Trading Company, L.L.Bean and JetBlue.

As Director of Studio Services and a key new business strategist at JWT New York, Steve lead creative development and presentation teams to winning accounts L.L.Bean and JetBlue, while helping to retain Ford for the agency in 2006.

Prior to JWT New York, Steve served as Studio Director for Coach Inc. where he managed the in-house creative studio for the global retail fashion advertiser. Before that, Harris' career included managing outsourced creative departments for clients such as Banc of America Securities and Morgan Stanley; MVBMS / Euro RSCG as Director, Interactive Operations and Studio Director, New Media for accounts including Volvo, Philips Electronics and Subway; Lowe McAdams Healthcare as Manager, New Media; Reach Marketing as National Production Manager on Gillette; and frierson + mee, managing creative executions for Moet & Chandon, Dom Perignon and Ruffino Wines.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Design from Fairfield University (Fairfield, CT) with minors in psychology and writing.
